November 12 / 2007 / 8:14 PM Hey guys, As I am back I wanted to write a (probably last) blog. Saturday night was nice in Madrid, we went out for dinner to a restaurant and started packing. Didn't went for a party or anything, as we were both pretty tired and didn't know any cool places to go either. The next day we went on a rollercoaster ride to the airport. O my god, Spanish people can't drive, just hilarious. We were driving somewhere were 50km/h was allowed, but i guess our taxi driver was going over 100. I was holding on tight, so happy to have my safety belt on ;)

November 10 / 2007 / 10:39 PM WOOOHOOO! Another awesome day in Madrid. We desided to take a long sleep, as we have been up pretty late the last 2 days. It was about 2 AM before we were sleeping, so I thought was time for a better sleep this night, and we did so thats great. The weather was great again so after breakfast we went to the 9th floor of our hotel to relax a bit in the sun (they have a garden on the roof here). The view from there is awesome! They have a little tower with windows all over the place. So you can check out Madrids skyline, impressive!

November 09 / 2007 / 11:27 PM Hey hey! Another great win today eh..?! When Ana was leading 40-0 in the first game I was convinced that it going to be a very tough match but I appeared to be wrong. Very wrong ;) Great to see Maria win so easy against a big player, although I would have loved to see a big fight between the two. Anyway let's celebrate that Maria doesn't have to play Henin in the semi finals! I've seen Henin playing yesterday and I was pretty stunned. It seemed like she was playing so easy, unbelievable. I doubt that Maria (or any other player) would be able to beat her! She definately deserves to be the number one at the moment. But back to Maria again.... I am sure that she is going to do great in the semis! If plays against Chakvetadze like she did today agains Ivanovic, she'll definitely win.

November 08 / 2007 / 11:50 PM WOW, what an amazing day! It feels like so much has happened in just one day. We woke up this morning and went for a long walk in downtown Madrid. Once again we saw some pretty amazing buildings but the best was Parque del Retiro, which was just amazing. It was so big, you can't imagine being in a city. It feels like you're far away in some forest. All very quiet and with some lovely statues and fountains. Really relaxing, especially with the great weather we had. We searched for a nice spot and then spend a lot of time just sitting in the sun and enjoying the beautifull view.
